Riverhill Apartments

Hi there good day, I’d like to talk about my experience living in Riverhill apartments. I’ve lived there for a year, and had to move out due to commuting reasons. Starting with the leasing office team, they have always been super respectful with me, Eden was always smiling any time I visited the office from my move in until my move out. I’d also highlight the speediness of the maintenance team there, they solved all the issues fast and efficiently. The department is well maintained and in optimum conditions,it’s clean which is really important for me, the complex is quiet, you can walk outside and enjoy the complex. They are currently upgrading the complex, painting the buildings, upgrading the internet speed, changing the lighting, and maintaining the common areas which is a plus for the visitors. On the other hand, the top pool (large pool) was on maintenance; however, we have been informed about the status of it. I’d also like the gym to have better maintenance but I want to highlight that the equipment offered is enough to complete your workout routine. In summary I can say with confidence that I would come back to Riverhill, if you are looking for an apartment don’t hesitate this is the right place for you. Last but not least thanks to Eden and the whole team on Riverhill.

I looooooovvveeee my apartment!!! The process was so smooth. The staff are super sweet the layout and space is perfect!! It's peace and quiet all the time. Ashley (my leasing agent) in the office was AWESOME during the whole process!!!!!!!!! Tameka is also very sweet, she is also an leasing agent. They make you feel welcomed and very warming atmosphere!! I literally can't complain! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I've been living here for 15 months now, and it's with mixed emotions that I have to move out to other place due to commute reasons to my job otherwise I would have stayed here. In first place I'd like to recognize the amazing team at leasing office they have always been super helpful, you will always be received with a smile and good attitude to solve any inconveniences. The apartments are in good shape, and they are currently upgrading them, the just recently changed the lighting of the entire complex, they are also painting all the buildings, they have just upgraded the internet, so it's really great. The maintenance is super efficient everything is solved quickly and in timely manner, the maintenance crew is also super helpful. On the flip side the amenities are something that can be improved, like sometimes the gym is not clean, the pool, however if there are any major issues, the status will always be sent by email. I don't have anything else to add but thanks for keeping such a great community, and I'll definitely miss you.

Moving in was SUCH a breeze. The staff was so polite and responsive. Been here for almost 2 months and had a few issues but they were quick to respond and even check up on you after maintenance comes. Love it here 😊 Update - I am not happy at all with how management communicates. My toilet was clogged twice and the first person who came and fixed it left an unappealing rust stain at the bottom of the toilet. I was told by two maintenance workers that it could EASILY be fixed and I just needed to submit a service request. Not only did it take management 2 months to come and “look at it” but he then said it could not be fixed. On top of that, I have an carpenter ant problem in my bedroom that I believe is caused by a large tree that scrapes against the gutter and window of my bedroom and they have yet to solve the problem. I asked them to fix both problems months before my lease renewal offer expired and they said that it would be. Now I have signed my lease renewal for a year and they have not solved either issue. I have no problem with the leasing agents or maintenance, only management. I wish I would have went with my gut and moved. On top of that, the larger pool was closed for half the summer, I’ve had to ask them the open the pool during the pool hours when I wanted to use it and they have been cleaning it during the pool hours so it’s not able to be used. My utility bill is $200 for one person so obviously the windows are not sealed properly. The hallway to my unit has stuff coming out lent coming out the wall and the property could be cleaned more thoroughly. Cobwebs everywhere and the gym is not well kept.

Past review early March 2022 My husband and I have lived here for a month and have loved it so far. The move in day was a little rocky BUT Eden was so kind, understanding, and her quick response helped us settle in smoothly. The amenities are great! We are excited to try the pool this summer!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ———— Update 09/22/23 We have loved living here! The office team is great and everyone is so friendly. We have lived here a little over a year now and have had little to no issues with the apartment itself. Maybe something that could improve is our visitors parking spaces. They are all over the place, which is good but unfortunately some of the residents use them as well for convenience, which leaves actual visitors parking really far or finding no parking at all. If there’s room for improvement, I think this would be something to consider. Other than that, this a great place to live in. The amenities are amazing as well, the pool, gym and dog playground. Another 10/10 I highly recommend checking this place out!
